UK delivery is free on all orders over £60. If you are using a discount code, the threshold is applied to your total after the discount, so free delivery starts at £67.
On orders under £60, UK delivery is calculated at checkout from the courier's live price for your address and your parcel. Once you have entered your delivery address you will see the services available with the price beside each one. You will always see the exact delivery charge, and the full total, before you pay. Every order is sent tracked, and your dispatch email carries the tracking number. The carrier is chosen per parcel from the tracked services we use, and the one that carries your parcel is named in the tracking link.
Framed items are large and fragile and travel separately. Delivery on a framed item is calculated at checkout and is not included in the free-delivery offer; you will see the exact charge, and your full total, before you pay.
Europe and the rest of the world: delivery is calculated at checkout in the same way, based on the destination and the service you choose. International orders are sent Delivery Duty Paid — local sales taxes and import duties are included in the price you pay us.
Shipping to the US? Duties and taxes are included in the price you see, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. Shipping is free on orders over £225 (about $300); below that, the delivery options and prices are shown at checkout.
Order before 3pm on a working day and your shirt is dispatched that day. Orders placed after 3pm, at a weekend, or on a Scottish bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day. UK delivery then usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on the service you choose at checkout. We will email you a tracking number when your order leaves us.
Cancelling: you may cancel any order from the moment you place it until 14 days after it arrives, for any reason, by emailing hello@forever-vintage.co.uk. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving them back, including the standard delivery charge you paid.
Returns: we accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery, including sale items. For orders delivered in the UK, return postage is on us — email us and we will send you a prepaid label. Orders delivered outside the UK are sold through our checkout partner, Global-e, and their returns process applies; email us first and we will point you to it.
