UK delivery is free on all orders over £60.

On orders under £60, UK delivery is calculated at checkout from the courier's live price for your address and your parcel. Once you have entered your delivery address you will see the services available with the price beside each one. You will always see the exact delivery charge, and the full total, before you pay. We send with a range of tracked services including Yodel, Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx.

Framed items are large and fragile and travel separately by a dedicated next-day service. UK delivery for framed items is a flat £25 per order and is not included in the free-delivery offer.

Europe and the rest of the world: delivery is calculated at checkout in the same way, based on the destination and the service you choose. International orders are sent Delivery Duty Paid — local sales taxes and import duties are included in the price you pay us.

We dispatch within 2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the service you choose and is shown at checkout. We will email you a tracking number when your order leaves us.

Cancelling: you may cancel any order from the moment you place it until 14 days after it arrives, for any reason, by emailing hello@forever-vintage.co.uk. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving them back, including the standard delivery charge you paid.

Returns: we accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery, including sale items. Return postage is paid by us — email us and we will send you a prepaid label. Full details are in our Refund policy.
